Can Kanye West do enough to overcome his recent outbursts and move forward in a healthy way with wife Kim Kardashian West?
That’s apparently what he’s hoping for right now, at least, as he tries to navigate his presidential campaign and a particularly public bout with some mental health and anxiety issues. And now, according to an insider, it at least sounds like the 43-year-old rapper is somewhat repentant about his previous controversial posts on Twitter, and his bizarre and disturbing behavior at his most recent political campaign rally.

Speaking to People about the music mogul’s mental health and current state, an insider notes that the public figure has major “regrets about sharing such private details” in regards to the near-abortion of daughter North West. Furthermore, the rapper and fashion mogul feels “much more relaxed and chilled out for the past couple of days,” likely putting him in a far better mental state to cope with and deal with these controversies.
The insider continued from there, too, adding more about Kanye’s current reaction to his alarming South Carolina political rally and all the fall-out and drama that followed (below):
“He definitely understands that he upset Kim. He feels very bad about it. It’s obvious that he still loves Kim.”
That’s… a step in the right direction, it’d seem?! Obviously it’s a big change from the Yeezy who took to Twitter and blasted his own wife — and mother-in-law Kris Jenner — days ago after that first disturbing rally. Now, it sounds like Kanye is much more calm, and thinking in a much more clear, simple state. A welcome change, for sure.
Of course, just yesterday Kanye publicly apologized to Kim on the very same social media network, too, so it would appear the repentance has been coming through all weekend. Maybe Justin Bieber‘s apparent presence at Ye’s Wyoming ranch could actually be doing some good for the music producer and prolific rap artist??

Interestingly enough, Kanye’s focus is back on the music once again, too. The father of four is “still focusing on his music,” according to the very same insider who spoke (above). And while his next album, Donda, named after his late mother, has yet to be released, it’s apparently very, very close.
The source summed it up, saying:
“He is very excited about his new music and can’t wait to share it with the world. He wants it to be perfect though. And it’s almost perfect.”
What do U think, Perezcious readers? Are U ready for new Kanye music?? More importantly, doesn’t it sound like he’s in a better, healthier mental state now than before?!
Here’s hoping that can continue unabated for the foreseeable future…
